Zoom links for Silver Creek HOA meetings are posted 2–3 days prior to the scheduled meeting. The Zoom meeting room itself opens 15 minutes before the meeting start time.

Overview & Access

Homeowners are welcome to attend both monthly Trustee Meetings and the Annual Homeowner Meeting via Zoom.

• Meeting Schedule: Meeting dates are available on the home page and the Board Meeting Dates page.
• Homeowner Comments: The Homeowner Open Forum is generally the first agenda item.
• Finding the Link: A direct Zoom link and login details are published 48 hours prior to each meeting via:
  • Email (sent to the email address on file)
  • The monthly Agenda posted on the Agendas page
  • The Silver Creek HOA Home Page

Important Notice for Annual Meetings

Persons attending via Zoom are not permitted to vote.

To cast a vote for the Annual Meeting, you must:

1. Attend in person, OR
2. Assign a Proxy to delegate your vote to another homeowner attending in person.

Submitting a Proxy statement ensures your vote is represented and helps establish the required quorum for the meeting.
