Absolutely!

All owners are welcome for the regular session and may request to address the Board. Sessions are also made publicly available via Zoom for those unable to attend in person.

Vacancies on the Board

Sometimes a Board member is unable to fulfill their entire term, leaving a vacancy on the Board.

To ensure continuity, distribute workload responsibilities, and maintain a quorum for meetings and decisions, the Board may make a temporary appointment to fill the position until the next regular Annual Meeting.

Filling such positions is at the discretion of the Board and is not mandatory (e.g., if there is only a short time until the next Annual Meeting, the Board may defer the appointment to the next election).
